I’m not stressed.
My clients are not stressed and neither is my coach. We could be, but we don’t allow ourselves to be. We love our lives and we live our lives to the max. You see, stress is easy to eliminate from you life. I know how and I’ll teach you how.
I teach some simple steps or rules to follow. These steps are:
- Identify the first step.
- Identify the next step.
You see, it’s that easy! So finding that first step may be tricky. I takes patience, like eating a chocolate elephant—you eat it one small piece at a time. And, perhaps most importantly, you, initially, won’t believe that your first step will do anything to change your stress levels. You see, lowering stress levels is about you making a number of minor, and not insignificant, changes to your life.
Your real benefit will be a happier life, fun with your children and partner, a dramatic improvement in your libido, and perhaps most importantly of all, laughter. You see, I judge laughter, and the way people look at each other, as 2 of the most important aspects of any relationship.
Let me explain this.
People think I’m amazing when I diagnose their stress—lack of sleep, wake up tired, long hours at work, worrying, talking about work, it goes on and on— and I diagnose it before we even meet. I don’t need to ask them, I feel the signs, and I know what to do about them. This may sound misguided, but I love you to be stressed because I love the way you look as you move out of it. You tell me how wonderfully you’ve been sleeping, how you’re getting up earlier feeling fantastic, how your work has changed. How your sex life has improved and awesome you feel.
